CONTACT

Archive sigil
ARCHIVE MARK
A reading in which the sequence gradually constructs a language for communicating with something unknown.

THE SIGNAL

The contact reading begins with the word transmission. Several later descriptions explicitly use that language. Calling All Aliens is a call. Cerebral Parsley is a synchronisation tool. Sound Is Holographic becomes a mechanism. Asydo Lemem is described as a shamanic invocation/sync tool. Unfold The Void is explicitly documented as an experiment intended to manifest UFOs.

THE COMMUNICATION MODEL

In this interpretation, the music is not merely expressive. It becomes a proposed communication technology: sound carries intention, repetition produces synchronisation, collective listening amplifies the intention, and the unknown becomes the presumed recipient.

The user's later account of the March 2013 Unfold The Void experiment gives this reading its strongest historical anchor — because the intention to test contact is documented in the artist's own description.

THE WITNESS PROBLEM

The reported observation of two red orbs above Newcastle Cathedral is part of the artist's personal account. Several people listened online, but Ian was the sole physical witness. The observation therefore cannot be presented as independently corroborated evidence of UFO manifestation.

The contact interpretation remains possible as an artistic reading, while the historical event remains an unresolved personal report.

THE ALTERNATIVE

The same sequence can be understood without an external sender: the “aliens” may be metaphor, psychological material, mythology, or the vocabulary through which the artist explored consciousness and technology.
